Just had a first play with a set of RF602 radio triggers i ordered last week off e-bay and am very pleasantly surprised!

The hotshoe mounting points are all metal construction. There are metal threads in the bottom of each reciever for mounting on light stands. The units appear well made and came supplied with duracell batteries.

I got these primarily for triggering my studio strobes, for this they have a metal screwlock connection on the receiver and a coiled cable (ordered separately for £3 each) that goes off to the strobe. The cables have a small jack on it, but were supplied with an adaptor for the larger jack sockets. The receivers weight nothing, and i would have no reservations about just dangling these off the back of my lights.

They came supplied with duracell batteries and were very well packaged.

Oh and they also work as a wireless shutter release on my 40D! (cable ordered separately for £2)

The price paid for a transmitter, 3 receivers and all the cables i needed?........£65, what a bargain!

Cool, how about a link? I'm looking for a shutter trigger and may look into this.
