Hi there,
just wondering if anyone was aware of a freeware software to batch add a simple black frame and maybe a watermark to jpg photos?

Also would doing something like this noticibly reduce the quality of the photo? i.e resaving jpgs

Kind regards and thanks in advance.

Hi Rehan,

You could use an Action at Photoshop to do it, if you have it.

If you want there a very nice freeware called MIR, that does that, but usually watermarks are very specific, some pictures could use with a white one, some with a smaller, etc, so it's best to go pic by pic.

Hope it helps,
Joao

thanks for your reply. I was not aware of Actions in Photoshop, but after you mentioned it & a quick google search it sounds very interesting, will give it a try later. The MIR software looks good however my fault, I didnt specify I am working on a Mac.
