DOF = depth of field
OOF = out of focus

CCW! = Counter clock wise.

D/L=drewmedia and langdonx (the Administrators)
SC=Site Council
(explanations and/or links to the help/about page for both of the above would be awesome)
LMV=Literal-Minded Voter
USM=In Photoshop, Unsharp Mask
USM=In Canon lenses, ultrasonic motor
IS=In Canon lenses, image stabilization (see also VR)
VR=In Nikon lenses, vibration reduction (see also IS)
DSLR=Digital Single-Lens Reflex
TTL=Through The Lens (refers to a viewfinder that shows your preview through the lens as opposed to through a separate lens)
PS=Adobe Photoshop
PSP=JASC Software Paint Shop Pro
EXIF=Exchangeable Image File (a format for embedding various image-creation details in an image file)

Most folks are too serious. WTF (as yet undefined) is still the most important abbreviation. :)

I've seen these floating around...

URH-Upper Rigt Hand Or C for corner
ULH-Upper Left Hand
LLH-Lower Left Hand
LRH-Lower Right Hand

Used in describing where a particular issue that the critic has with a photo.
