Hi! My local photography guild is having a sort of practice run for the state ppa photograph competition. It's not an official ppa event (no merits can be awarded) but it will have paid judges just like the state comp. I've never entered this sort of thing before, but I want to try this year as a learning experience. As a novice, I don't expect much but I'd like not to embarrass myself.
Would anyone be willing to look at 12 photographs I'm considering? I can enter up to 6. I can't post them here because I'm thinking of using one for the "Best of 2009" if that challenge ever starts, but I can send you the link to my workshop.
There's no rush - I don't need to decide before next week.
(btw, for those unfamiliar with ppa competitions, I've sized all canvases to 20x16 as required, and they all have mats, which I believe is standard) |
