....Is *NOT* me, Dammit!!! LOL!!!!
I was pretty pleased at having two Top 10 finishes in the Urban/Rural Decay challenges, so just for giggles, I thought I'd look to see how the rest of the Top 10 finishers did.......(Of course, I was hoping to see that *I* was the KING of Decay....LOL!!!)
Not so.....
Bringing in 3rd was Enzo  hotpasta:
With the Blue in Urban: 
And a 42nd in Rural:
For his combined average of: 6.4195
I tried doing the best spin I can on it, but even with being the only one who had two Top 10s, I came in 2nd......(Sob!)
With my 5th in Urban:
And my 10th in Rural:
For a combined average of: 6.4643
And the Top Finisher, The Undisputed King of Decay.....

With his 13th in Urban:
And his 4th in Rural:
His combined average came out to: 6.4906
There is a .0711 differential between these three entrants, so I'd like to say we're all pretty good, but the numbers don't lie, so the crown goes to Jim jimbone!
Congratulations on your title, Jim!!!

Hrmmm... I managed 6.3673 with a 7th and a 19th; not bad, says I, when you consider that Cape Cod is neither particularly urban nor truly rural :-)

Not only that, but if you calculate based on average finish (another valid way of looking at it), then Jeb has 7.5 for first place, Jim has 8.5 for second, I finish with a 13, and Enzo finishes with a 22.5. I haven't checked who-all else "scores" well in that scenario.
Conclusion; Jeb and Jim are co-champions of decay!
