Maybe it's just me and I'm just too spastic with my mouse, but sometimes I hit 10 instead of "next", giving a score I didn't intend to give. The same is true for the "back" button, hitting 1 and giving some poor photographer a heart attack.

Is there any way we can have the transition buttons either above or below the numbers? Or a way to unscore a score we didn't intend. If there is already a way to do that, I haven't discovered it...

If you want to change the score to something else, you just go back and re-score it. I don't know if it's possible to completely remove the score, though.

You can use the number pad on your keyboard to give scores. A 10 is a 0. Then the forward and back arrows will let you go either way and you can change the score. Once you've used the number pad to place a vote it automatically goes to the next.

I am aware of these things, but if I want to scroll through first before voting, and unintentionally click on 10 (especially for a shot that is more of a 3 or 4) it's awkward. Anyway, a minor thing, but God is in the details :-)

I agree with this request - I like to see a challenge even if I don't plan to vote. Hadn't thought of using the arrow keys, though - that would work!

A bit of seperation from the next and previous links and the numbers wouldn't hurt or even make them into buttons so they are more obvious. Ones eyes can get a little buggy after looking at alot of pictures.

Yeah! That's even better, and maybe easier to accomplish. Of course I could use the arrow keys, but with the mouse I can sit back further and admire the view more comfortably :-)

I agree with the OP, I know I have hit the wrong button accidentally a few times before and hopefully have always realized it and not left the vote to count (especially if it happens to be a one). I know you can use various other shortcuts but this can still happen fairly easily and could potentially affect someone's score.

While we're talking about the next and previous button, can have them present for the mobile devices pages? Though I know we can't vote - and I understand why; I'd quite like to browse the entries on my iPhone....

Might that be possible?

If you didn't intend to vote and you don't plan to vote the challenge, don't worry about those miss voted votes. They'll wipe out at the end.

That might be an indication that it's time to stop voting. ;-)

What I'd like to see repositioned are the "Preview Your Submission" and "Unsubmit Your Entry" links on the challenge submission page.
