OK, have scored all shots and left comments on the low scorers for a change (comments left on some highscoring ones also). I don't have time to 'pretty up' my comments so I hope people don't take them badly.

If you see that I have commented on your pic it might be a good idea to put a stick between you teeth and bite down when needed. ;)

People either love or hate my photo this week. I either get 7's and 8's or 2's and 3's.....not much else. I do have one fav and great comments though!

can i ask a question?

how do you guys know what individual scores you are getting... ie., " i got a 2" or "i just got a 7"

is this a members-only functionality. I only get to see the histogram of the votes that make up my final score at the end of the challenge.

Well good news, bad news. My score is up, but I had to submit my original. Shouldn't be a problem, it was actually a very quick and simple edit. We shall see.

because we have way too much time in our hands and track the information on a spreadsheet. Anyone remember where you can find the spreadsheet? anyway, you enter the current average and number of votes, and it tells you the average of the few votes since the last time you updated.

Not a bad score, but I guess my shot is pretty plain vanilla. Hasn't inspired a single comment, good or bad. And I thought it was a pretty good image. :)

Even if you're not a paid member you can see what your current score is on your home page. It's updated once an hour at 10 minutes after the hour I believe. So wait until then and refresh it or the page. Paid members can see it updated on demand..anytime they want, but as VAWENDY pointed out there is a spreadsheet available that lets up input the latest vote count and current score to estimate votes over a longer period or if you're truly addicted and have the time you can hit the refresh often and see what individual votes are. Consider paying the $25 dollar a year member fee...it's worth it and you can enter member challenges as well among other things.

nope -- no comments here, either. I've never had a challenge without comments before. Symmetry came close, but then some snuck in towards the end.

My entry is still doing worse than any of my previous submissions. I know it's not a ribbon photo, but I liked it and it seems to be VERY polarizing even though I have no comments. I'm either getting 3's and 4's or I'm getting 6's and 7's. Still my pathetic average is only currently 4.0784 and I still maintain that I may be headed for the brown ribbon. Definitely looking at a PW if things don't turn around fast in the next couple of days.
