Not sure I understand. A 6+ is doing pretty well in a freestudy, even if it's dropped a bit.

Still worse than my "Best of 2008" entry, which really doesn't make sense to me. Maybe only very critical users have voted so far? ...and I should compare again in a couple days when more people have gotten around to voting? |

My own experience has been that early voters are often harsher. Not sure why that it. |

Depends on what kind of 6. Difference between 6.1 and 6.5 is some 45 spots ;) But yes, it's not doing too bad either, just that I got spoiled by that ribbon a while back... need to snap out of it, I know :) |

I'm keeping *mum* on this one for this precise reason... all I'm going to say is I'm pleased and I'm looking at beating my previous best in a free study (assuming it stays about where it is at the moment for the next 6 days). |

| did anyone else notice two photo's of the same scene on many entries? It's like there are many parent child entries, maybe its usually like this, i wouldn't know |

I've noticed quite a bit lately. Some of them have been in two different challenges. But I'm also in the position of having a photo that is of a subject I didn't see much of - until after I'd submitted for fs. Then I saw 3 in the last week of challenges. I'd be willing to bet one of the duplicates you think you see is mine....but it isn't! I have a theory as to why they all showed up at the same time - but telling it would give away my photo. |

I initially clicked on this thread to say......"Thank God, it's Friday night (in Oz), and obviously most people on this site have a social life, so no-one's voting, which means my score has only moved once in about the last eight hours, (at this moment in time, I'm liking that), and then I saw your comment and all I want to say now is ...........Andrew I don't have a comment from you! ....I'd love one! .....can you arrange it? :)

...with that attitude, it could take you an extra year to get to your next 300 entries! ....lol! It's just a bad moment, not a bad month! Please don't deprive us of your beautiful work, on a whim!!!! ...and I haven't voted yet, so you concievably could get another fav (whilst in voting)..... as long as we don't take the 'Missed Focus' challenge into consideration! LOL! |
