I've just finished this month's long comment series. Not all (but most) of the 74 were long comments, I did a few shorter comments on some of those I scored to ensure my scores for the others I commented on counted.
It took me way longer to do the comments this month but this is by far the highest average score I've given in a challenge. I am really surprised that one or two people, including those whose work I love, felt that this FS offering wasn't up to much - I thought there was some truly exceptional work.

I'm feeling a bit silly now. Having spent a lot of time looking at these images and offering some very considered scores, it seems my votes have been scrubbed. I voted on enough for them to qualify, my bar turned blue. My average was high but I thought scrubbing was to get rid of troll and anti-troll voting. I think I offered a strong rationale for all of the scores I offered.
I can still see the votes I gave by ordering 'by my vote' but I get no red bars for any if the images I have checked.
Given that I invested about 10-12 hours looking, thinking, commenting and voting, I feel a little robbed.
Can anybody shed some light on this for me?

You need to vote on 20% of the images. There were 400 images in this FS. You needed to vote on a minimum of 80 images. If you did and 1 or 2 of them got removed or DQéd...then your percentage would be less than 20%. Therefore you need to ensure you vote on at least 25%. On 400 images...that is 100 images. Over 20 of those images would need to be DQéd for your votes to be scrubbed.
BUT!!!
If you voted 25% in a challenge of 100 images....that means you would have to vote on 25 images. If 6 of those images were DQéd, then your votes would be scrubbed.

I wondered about that, I did check,I think there was only 1 DQ and I didn't vote on it, so my percentage should've gone up slightly.
