That's the idea. It does help me identify some fixable things, other things are subjective critiques that cannot be fixed, such as two conflicting opinions on an aspect of my Missed focus entry. Others are things that cannot be fixed within challenge rules, or not without being able to reshoot the picture. Still helps improve my eye and turns the critical comments into a game for me. In the case of this one, it is most definitely a subjective thing that the critique was about.

Cheaters should not be allowed to post comments in the forums. Go away! You and your buddy have a long history of hunting down my images and posting "dig" comments after a challenge is over. Why don't you enter challenges, vote during the challenges, comment when the images are anonymous? You're a convicted cheat! Leave me alone! This is a scores thread. You haven't entered the challenge. You can't vote. You can't comment. Why are you trying to wedge yourself into a scores thread? Go away!

Is that out of line? Is that against the rules? I've been posting in the forums on many topics to many people.

Oh...the suspension is over on 12/17/09.

Good comments!

Kenny, you have too much time on your hands. Stalk someone else. How long is your ban from challenge participation?

I have a third friend that I also got to sign up to dpc. He/she is in the current dof challenge. They will remain nameless. I was looking through scores to check on progress.

I came upon your score post and thought I'd make a comment about the "realitivity" linking your very high 8 as compared to what many feel a still high score of 6.3 - which imo is still a nice score.

Seemed innocent at the time -guess I was wrong. I won't continue this conversation in the scores thread after this post. Start another thread and I might see you there.

You can believe I'll try your bingo on my next entry. Thanks.

Note to self: Allow yourself enough time with your entries before submitting.

For me it is just the opposite. The ones that look great out of the camera need relatively little time processing and generally do well. The ones that look bad out of the camera get lots of processing and usually tank.

anybody else entries taken a sudden dive, I'm getting great comments started of at 6.2 hovered at 5.8 for a while not suddenly down to 5.7

*sigh* I guess I'll just have to be content if I end up in the top 30%

My score also took a steep dive today after sitting very steady for many days.

Following on from our previous exchange, I'm afraid you don't get to fill in your bingo square after all, you need to re-read my comment!

I had assumed that you must be talking about another photo, which I criticised for exactly what you described. Incidentally, my score brought your photo up, not down. :o)
