I hope the voters look deeper into her portfolio. Heida definitely shoots more than landscapes and people.

Keep in mind people will most likely be looking for her defining style or what she's best known for. Everything else is fair game but finding or recreating what makes her unique is the key.

Last minute edit and entry so I just hope to keep above a 6. It was fun to trying to match some of her tones and everything else.

I really couldn't understand this challenge. I know she is a very talented artist, but does she really have a distinctive style? Her portfolio has a variety of shots with different processing.

Am I out to lunch?

I agree 100%. Perhaps her ribbon winners are more of the same style?

I'd say the grey/blue toning, deep cloud cover...angelic, smoky, dark fantasy, type stuff, is the gig. Her style does branch out, of course. Everybody does it now but she was at the forefront ...at least here on DPC. All of her work is cool but I think those attributes are quite definitive as opposed to her portrait work, for example.

Hooray, let the banter begin!

Vote 10's for dark fantasy, and 1's for portraits! :-)

Easy Texas!

I didn't say that. I was just stating what voters might be looking for.
