Hey Leo, have you noticed that good things happen to you when you hang out with me :) We did that shot almost a year ago now, and that's only just the start of great things yet to come.
CONGRATULATIONS to you my friend. I wish you many more successes in your photographic life and I can only hope to be there to hold your gear :) oh ya and hold your lighting and organize your camera bag and, and, and.........

That's a wonderful shot, with the greens in the water looking like melted trees. Congrats on the recognition for your effort. I hope that it leads to even bigger and better things.
I feel pretty good about getting one of my fireworks shots as a 1/3 page color on the front of the local newspaper, so this major mag event must have you on top of the world.

I just gave myself a present for this accomplishment. I just bought more equipment. A CyberSync transmitter with four receivers and a shoot thru umbrella.
Had a cactus vs2 but hte damn thing broke!
Anxiously awaiting the package! |

Very good advice! I've always noticed that with cover shots, but never really consciously considered it for my comps. Maybe because I never thought they would make a cover of a mag. :) |
