Phoenix GTG to "Out of Africa"???

Hey fellow Zonies! i want to set up a day up north in Prescott at Out of Africa. It is supposed to be really cool and they have safari style tours and stuff. It is relatively inexpensive and there are discounts to be found online and around town. Does anyone want to set something up?

I am going to be travelling out this way in November hopefully and was going to try and do a meetup/gtg with some of the locals in the area. I would love to do out of the wild then or even make a run to phoenix for the zoo. if people would be interested.

Wanted to state that at this point there are definate arrangements to be out in this area from November 28th to December 5th. I would love to get a meetup together either for this or even a zoo run. I will probably be hiting them both this time anyways. Lets rally some more interest...

The country and the Out of Africa are both AWESOME, its worth going there just to see the "Tiger Splash" :D (dream job for Dave lol)

Anyone else interested. i want to set up a trip in September once it cools down slightly and then again in November with HotPixel. i will start a list. Let me know if you are interested

go as soon as those gates have opened. The animals will have just been feed, or being feed adn they are at their most alert. Apart from that ostrich, who is always alert and gangs up with the gaots to try to eat your camera lens, which is then covered in slobber and dirt

Trying to resurect this thread for interest. I am confirming that I will be in the Sedona/Phoenix area with my wife from November 28th thru December 5th (the week after Thanksgiving). I would really like to get a meetup together to do something with you guys during that time.

If there is any interest, let get some planning going for it. So we can all have a great time.

I'll be spending Thanksgiving week in Sedona.

Looking for suggestions a good places and times to shoot. I've never been there or to the Grand Canyon.

Also, if anyone wants to get together, let me know. We'll be there Nov 21 through Nov 27.
