| Ok, now I don't feel so bad. I tried doing panning shots this week, and they are very difficult to do (was just looking at the shots). There is one shot, in particular, for which I'm dying to see the shutter speed. There is no way it can be a panning shot. |

Personally I love my photo so I can live with the score. But now that's two challenge entries in a row that I thought would do way better. I wish they would tell me why they dislike it so much...

there are quite a few i wouldnt consider to be a panning shot.
my shot was panned but just plain and boring

Well, voting on this challenge was alot of fun. I really enjoy these motion challenges because we are all given the opportunity to interactively and dynamically photograph a subject. Motion photography really provides such different dynamic than more static photography like landscapes (which I love too!) I had two 10's one of which I anticipate will be on the front page and the other one I just really liked it! Really a pleasure to vote on this challenge...THANKS!

Oh, that would be nice. I've dropped to 5.92 from 6.3 this morning. I'm not convinced that there'll be a rebound. But I can hope :) |

Well...most of the day was good. Until this evening. We lost our Ultimate frisbee game 15-12 (a LONG close game). Then I stopped to get money from an ATM and it ate my card. I got home and was finishing the food I got before losing my card when I got ketchup and mustard all over my jacket. I've been on hold with my bank for 15 minutes and I decided to check my scores when I saw this:
