Hi, now I have voted on all photos and commented some.
In my opinion, many photos are not reaching the opposit level. When I see a photo that not matches the challenge, I can not give high rating's even if it is sharp and a technically good. Many photos are just "snapshots", but have a great potensial!! So for the next challenge use your time to create a "stunner".
This is just my opinion and correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm looking at my new lowest score with this challenge. I knew I was taking a risk, though :) I'm less concerned with my scores now that I've done so poorly in Rusted.

| Gee whiz this is a tough place to hang out! This is my first challenge here and Didnt expect to win or anything but at least I thought I had a pretty unique idea and A pretty good image at that! I almost threw up when I saw my score until I came here and saw this. At least the folks who took the time to comment gave me some constructive critisism in a nice way i suppose - thats why I am here - to learn. And I have just learned that this place is one tough cookie so if I ever win anything at all I should take myself out to dinner! |

| So many people had the same idea. I am glad mine was original. I just hope it gets good score, it was my first challenge. I loved doing it though, this new challenge should be fun! |

| You guys are so worried about what scores you are getting. This shouldn't be about the scores, just doing something you love. Having the oportunity for others to look at my picture is good enough for me. If I get a 1, then better luck next time. |

I agree! If you like your picture, that`s all that counts. A good score is the icing on the cake... :-)

I have 5 comments and 4 of them say the exact same thing, it's obvious, yes I saw it before I entered and after the challenge, if you go back and see my comments you will know why I left it like that :)

| Well, I commented about score because the thread is "Opposites Scores" - laugh. :) In the other opposites thread, I stated (and still maintain) that this picture was submitted just for fun. It made me chuckle, hope it'll make some of you chuckle. If it does, LET ME KNOW :) I don't mind the comments saying "too fuzzy" or "too whatever", but I'd like to know if anyone laughed. :) |

None have made me laugh yet. Quite a few (must be in a batch or something) have made me cringe with the total lack of composition, focus overall and dull lighting. ;(

I'm getting hammered too. Was in the low 7's before going to bed last night but am just hovering around 5 now and only 2 comments. I don't do well in open challenges anyway, it's a totally different beast.

mmmmm a whole new learning experience ....as well as the photography, I need to work on getting the title right.
126 votes, 4.3810, 6 comments .....and most of the comments I'm finding really helpful to pinpoint how I could have improved the photo, and should have used the title as a part of the whole project.
Cool....gives me something to work on for the next challenge :D ....and the next......and the ..... :P
