Anyone every run into an error when running the setup?? I spoke with Adobe Tech support this morning and ran a code to delete anything adobe from my laptop, and then repeated the download for Elements 7.0 upgrade in case it was the file that was corrupt. Now, that I have finally gotten the chance to do that, the tech support is closed and I am still getting a setup error Error 1334 that says it cannot extract a specif file because it is not in cabinet file.

Anyone? Any insight?

HP laptop with Vista.

Thanks!

Not sure about the upgrade to Elements 7.0. I had/have Elements 3 and just got Elements 7 last weekend. I installed it with no problems, it even updated my catalogs from 3 to 7.

Sorry I'm no help, good luck.
