We want to set up a database for all the photos we have at our company - this could run from 5,000 to 10,000, most of them digital. Currently all archive hard-copy photos are being scanned. Eventually they need to be accessed by key words. I am now at a loss. What would be the best way of approaching this? We have a team of people who could enter the information into the database, over time. We want a relatively simple system. Any information you could give would be most welcome.
