| I have seen similar letters for years now. It has red flags all over it, yet people will still fall for it. so sad... |

| Yeah, there was a warning in our local weekly again, after somebody fell for "I'll send you a cheque of $35,000 to cover a $10,000 suite rental and you send me back $25,000". Do these people live under rocks or something?? |

You should leave the account active and not take any action against the person. Anyone stupid enough to fall for crap like this deserves what they get. If it takes them out of the Levi's pool, so be it. We're all better off.
