Our compatriot Bugzeye is departing for NZ; from the discussion in this thread let's plan a GTG on May 9th or 10th to include... wait for it... breakfast, to wish Brian well on his move Down Under!

Let's have suggestions for a breakfast location, and for a shooting location. I was thinking of doing a dawn landscape shoot somewhere, but am coming up dry for locations.

I was thinking about this again today on the drive home... I still have no real "winner" ideas for locales :-P

Anyone come up with some ideas ? This coming weekend is going to be the only time I am free, Next weekend I am going to be taking our dogs to my sisters house in Orlando she is going to dog sit until we get ourselves settled in down under, once we are ready she is going to send the dogs over. I was up in the dells earlier this week and thought that might be a good place to find breakfast. However could be busy during the weekend. They have the lake completely full now everything is back to normal up there.

Let's get this nailed down! It's too bad the trees still are not leafed out completely, but they should be getting there by the weekend. I'd prefer Sunday AM, but I can do Saturday as well.

thanks John, I will be coming back here over the summer so maybe we can catch up then.

as for this weekend. I think Saturday/Tomorrow is my best and perhaps only option this weekend.

if any of you guys come up with something PM me. I am going to be in and out all day and may not get a chance to check this thread until later tonight.

I'm guessing by the weather forecast that an outdoor shoot is going to be, well, a wash. ;-)
I suggest that we just get together for breakfast... Brian, how about locally to you, are there any breakfast venues you really like?

Brian,
So sorry I can't make it for breakfast. I got stuck working and have to take the overtime any chance I get. I enjoyed the photo outings, even the cold ones because the breakfast was always hot. Would like to see some pics of N.Z. once you get there.

So long for now and hope to see you again.

ok. after a little bit of redesign of my weekend. I am not available for a few hours Sunday Morning. It would probably be better to aim for that instead, because I just got home now and I am dead tired. not sure I could get up early enough tomorrow. But long as I have Sunday Free, Also Fritz's preference and then maybe Ed can make it also. I will keep a close eye on this thread through out the day tomorrow.

Beautious!
It is supposed to clear by Sunday AM, so perhaps we could do some very early shooting around Holy Hill, then head for Hartford for breakfast...

sounds like the good start of a plan. We can nail down the details tomorrow.
