Ran across a mention of this deal on Gizmodo. If you don't mind dealing with mail in rebates, it sounds good. PSP XII Free after $60 rebate at Frys.com

Almost clicked on this because I've used only PSP for a long time now - currently on v8.1 and looking to upgrade. However, I noticed this appears to be for PSP X2, not X2 "Ultimate"... meaning no RAW and non-Vista certified. Not that I'm running Vista now, but will likely end up with it at some point.

I'm afraid I'll end up popping for the $50 upgrade download instead.

I was running both 11 and 12 on Vista with no trouble. It also handles the Canon RAW, though I prefer to use DPP for my initial adjustments.

Well, I do have one problem, but I don't think it is really a PSP problem. With all versions I have (11,12 & 12 Ultimate) Sometimes my cursor will go wonky and weird looking when I create a curves layer. I think it is a conflict with my video driver, however. Putting the computer in suspend mode and then waking it up sets it back to normal.
