I really liked this shot. I hope it goes up for sale on DPCPrints :)

Please note that antimethod brought the editing error to the attention of the DPC committee.
Just another thing I like about this site, the integrity of the members.

i did the exact same thing with my submission image that i was gonna submit to "rusted" challenge.. but i realized it was basic editting and even though i really liked the effect i decided to submit it without the editting.. man have i gone integrated:) but i think it is better this way...

Filters, spot-editing, etc. This was a Basic Rules challenges, and it was edited as if for the Advanced Rules.

Although the photographer "turned himself in," I notice it wasn't until after the voting was over, so I guess the SC will be spared additional flagellation for not DQing it on a more "timely" basis ...

i was just looking at his profile and noticed that his average score didn't go away with the dq. i know the site recalculates at a set time, but was wondering if dq's miss the recalculation.

I just found this thread now... it really means a lot. It's amazing to be a part of a community that shares a passion for both photography and competition, and functions on courtesy, without ever shaking a hand. If only strangers did this more often in reality. Thanks again for the support, even through my confusion as a new member.
