Maybe it is just me, but I have issues logging. I have to log in, and then hit log in again before I get the administrative menues. For some reason, when I try to adjust the pricing of prints, it doesn't seem to update. I don't use Smugmug for prints much, so don't know how long this has been an issue. Also, if I try to order a print from a gallery, it says there are no items available for this photo. Seems very strange. Anyone else having issues with SmugMug?

No not having issues in general but like you I don't use prints there.
I checked out your site, (very nice and some wonderful shots) and all your links worked fine. I also tried the prints&gifts at the bottom and that link worked okay too.
Maybe it's just when your logged on? Send off an email to HELP and they'll get back to you really quickly.

no problems at all from me.....did you try posting in there forums....

also what browser are you using post that info in your question on Dgrin.com

my smugmug site is working fine in the new beta safari and new firefox browser

Not sure about the logging in, that sounds like a browser issue.

Your print pricing probably isn't updating because you don't have printing enabled for that gallery, which is also probably why it doesn't seem like you have no items available. Go to Customize Gallery and update the Print Settings, enable the printing, and then try again.

Also try hitting the PREVIEW button on the pricing screen. I have had to do that before to get the new prices in there. After you preview it then save it. I have used them for prints and had others use them for prints and they have just raved about the quality and customer service. I just ordered a large print from their new lab to see the quality and how they ship it before I set all my prints to come from the new lab. I like that it should come to me in a flat package instead of the tube.
