| Last night the forecast was 1-2 inches of snow today. Well, the weather man was right - we have gotten about 1-2 inches of snow....HOURLY !!!! We now have about a foot of snow on the ground and it isn't supposed to stop until around 9pm tonight (AK time) They are now guessing we'll get another 4-6 inches. It is the light fluffy stuff though, so cleanup is not too bad. |

| Same here in Fairbanks! We were supposed to get an inch - we've had close to a foot at our place. No complaints - the skiing is PERFECT!!! |

| Yeah no complaints here either as I like snow - I just find weather forecasting to be so funny. lol |

I guess you have to like snow to live in many parts of Alaska...
But I do not like snow, lol |

There were parts of Milwaukee that got 15 inches today, It was lake effect snow from Lake Michigan which only effected a few miles of the shoreline other places 3 miles inland only got a dusting. I am 40 minutes west of there and we had sunshine all day. But we have ice everywhere because it rained for two days last week then the temps dropped into the teens and single digits and have stayed there. Supposed to warm up tomorrow so hopefully things will start to thaw out here. I hate ice, I would rather have snow.
