While I have the resources, I doubt I have the skill.

I've posted a potential shot in the google group. I'd appreciate comments. I might actually be able to reshoot this one if necessary.

Not a bad start to Abstract Motion... not as good as Tony's start, but better than I expected for my placeholder shot. :)

I'm a bit annoyed, how can you score this low and not get a brown ribbon, If I'd known this was going to happen I would have just gone for a 6 plus.:-)
You never know maybe my team mates will feel sorry for me and give me a special team brown.

Well I gotta tell you all I didn't make it this week, just missed out on getting my entry in on time, but look on the bright side, if you take into account last weeks performance this might be a good thing.

Seriously though I'm sorry if I let the team down, I'll try and make up for it in the coming weeks.

How can I get such good feedback from everyone I ask, and yet be on 5.6?
03/25/2009 12:59:52 AM · #368
I'm excited about next weeks challenges Fauna or Flora. I'm going to Tasmania for four days on Friday......might get some good photos for the challenge.

Neil - if you really want a team brown, I guess I could make one for you. No stress about not getting an entry in this week... as they say in the classics "shït happens" (yes "Forrest Gump" is a classic).

Lonni - voting at the moment appears to be weirder than usual.

Naomi - Tasmania, you say. Expecting a ribbon from you next week then, young girl. ;) Seriously... hope you have a great time. Hope to make it down there some time in the not too distant future.

Below my average???

Rising up again in the Abstract motion lottery :) 6.04.

Lonni your way below what I predicted you'd get, your going to have to move up I feel.

Tony... your entry is by far one of the better images in the Abstract Motion challenge. Can't get over how many images aren't abstract and/or aren't motion.

I'm getting hammered guys, sorry. I'm on 4.9.

Thanks vlado, in regards to the team brown, although tempting as it is, I don't think it would have the same prestige as a normal brown and might set a trend that keeps you making browns after every challenge.
