Which is the best ~22” (16:10) s-pva or ips monitor for image processing for about 550 euros? Any advice?

I can't answer your question, but here's a list of s-ips and h-ips monitors. It should help in narrowing your choices.

Actually, looking at the list I don't see any 22" monitors at all, just 20" and 23".
