It is cool they are picky. I might not always agree with the stuff that gets in, but if everyone agreed on everything there would be little point to life.

I have noticed that if you want to go color you are ok if they are variations of the same hue. Like all blue or all orange. There are VERY few pics that have multiple, bright primary colors. In fact, in the last 12 hours, I've seen one.

It's Europe. Coats vary in color here from black, to black, to possibly black. An occasional rebel will wear dark brown from time to time. In winter, the predominant color is gray. Followed by light gray, then more gray, then dark gray, then black. Color does not abound! :-)

LOL, I just noticed this. If you click on Photos and then "cards" you can send pictures as a card in different categories.

Dark has 31 selections.
Happiness has 1.

Here is yet another rejection where during the screening process I receive a comment like "Somewhat artistic, but mostly confusing...".....;-)

For that comment alone (which basically sums up my state of mind in general), it was worth submitting this photo:

PS. The comment came from one of the reviewers and not from any of the screeners.

I was disappointed this one got rejected with extreme prejudice (the one word "impact" slapdown). I thought it was up their alley.

I would prefer the "impact" slapdown over my Dear John: The picture has a weak message and therefore seems a bit pointless or it's confusing and therefore hard to understand what it means.

If you are tyring to enter images that you think fit the style of the site you will probably be disappointed.

Enter what you think is a compelling image, not what you think some screener will like.

This from a guy who has 1 out 5 accepted! ;-)
