Not bad though I think the website itself is better than the photographs - sometimes it's all about presentation.

I am always leary about using Flash for web site design, even now... I know that it can do some amazing things, but I want to be totally available for anyone who doesn't have the resources (or patience!) to run the web site. I still normally go straight html, with little, if any, javascript. I thought that some of the photos were good, but many were not so good. But, I won't say more, for fear of getting smacked! I got a little bit of a talking to in another forum for telling my opinion about photos, me being an amateur and all...

Speaking of good photography, are y'all familiar with Michael Fatali's work? He doesn't actually use a digital camera though - he shoots mostly 8 x 10 tranparencies. Pretty awesome. //www.fatali.com/

I have a good friend who has been showing his work around the world. His latest show concentrated on landscapes of Iceland. Unbelievable depth to his black and white stuff...

I believe most of the stuff from Iceland is film, but Bill is doing a lot of digital photography, as well. He has definitely moved from 'photogrpaher' to 'artist' in my estimation. Brilliant stuff all around.

Arnaldur Halldórsson (//www.pix.is/)

Photoland.is is a site both for Ari Magg and Magnus his father.

I'm working on a website for my photographs. You can take a look at it here. I haven't chosen the pictures for it but I'm working on it.
