For those who asked, the ceiling is actually off-white. I shoot RAW and when I converted I accidentally chose the wrong lighting and liked the blue better. There's a pretty good dose of Fractalius in a layer in soft light; the original is quite boring.

this has never happened to me before -- i have shots for teh 2nd and 3rd, but i may save them for the Dec. freestudy. . . .
usually, it is the last day of the month, and i'm scrounging for something (anything, really) to shoot. |

So unfortunately my hard drive crashed so I haven't had my computer for the last few days... so here are a few shots from the very end of November :)

My Mojo has come splashing back, but even better, my ego (which has been taking a thrashing in my personal life) is being rebuilt stronger and stronger with every amazing comment I've been receiving.

if you take a shot and post it in the thread and later decide you want to use it for the free study or another challenge that's running, then i think the general consensus is to take it out'v the thread ... its done quite a lot and at the moment there's no rule against it .. :)

I guess that's always an option ... I'm not in love with any of them enough to enter in the free study though ... I think I'll go spend another $5 and see what I get! |

i went into that thread .. i reckon open voting would be a great idea .. of course not everyone would agree, but i think it would be the fairest method .. ppl are then accountable for the 1's, 2's and 3's they give to an incredible photograph .. and if they were consistently doing it, then it would be noticed .. the sc cant police everything ..:)
a few minutes later .... i've been convinced in that thread that open voting may not be the way to go .. its like we're stuffed if we do and we're stuffed if we dont .. :)
