Today I finally welcomed a new member to our family. Hmmm...actually two new members. Goldie and Anna.

Goldie (Stylish Gold Roc) has featured in challenges a couple of times from different members and today his papers were signed over to me. He is only 4 years old but already has a Champion Colt to his name.



His father was my favourite horse...Stylish Roc. Goldie is his only son. Stylish Roc died suddenly 7 weeks ago.



And Goldies Aunt has also featured here many times. She still holds the World Record in her performance.



And then there is little Anna. Sweet little baby. She is only 12 months old and has taken a very strong liking to my littlest son Cai. She is trained to the cart but not broken into be ridden yet...although my little fellow has ridden her around the yards with a lead rope a few times.



I am so excited about our new additions I just had to share. But be warned...they may be gracing the pages of DPC a bit more often...lol!

Wow, I didn't know you owned horses. I envy you.

It's always been a dream of mine to own a few horses (and a small hobby farm).

*edit* I did a google search on Roc to see if it was a breed of horse or something and this popped up

Thanks Bujanx. That was the video I put together in memory of Roc.
