Did you try a different computer? May be it is the computer settings.

Finally got in thru' Firefox. IE won't let me to the site at all, which is weird because I know I've been there several times when looking for other things.

Did okay, tho' it seems either my eyes or my attention wandered by the third round :)

Parallelogram 6.7 1.0 5.1
Midpoint 3.6 4.0 4.5

I'm sure someone has used a protractor. lol

Oooohhh, never thought of that! Wait... I'm gonna see how much difference it makes... brb!

Lol, I measured everywhere, used straightedge for the angle of convergence one, protractor for the angles....

And got 3.74... wayyyyy worse!

This is one of the best games I have seen yet.
The first one I kept seeing the parralelagram in 3d going away from me. DUH!
Convergence was my favorite.

Yeah, depending on the angle of it, perspective kept kicking in. Made it hard sometimes!

The parallelogram and triangle give me fits!

I've been an air-traffic controller for 27 years and my job involves eyeballing a radar scope and calculating flight paths and intersect angles of aircraft... I'd hoped I'd do a bit better at this game! It's addictive, that's for sure.

Yup. I wonder how many of the highest scores are from using a ruler. I got a 4.71 on my first try, then pulled out a ruler for the fun of it and got a 2.07 then a 1.52. A good deterrent for the ruler cheat would be to include time in the scoring. It took me much longer by cheating. Oh well, it's all fun & games. :P

How about sharing this with some of your colleagues to see how they do. Just curious. :D

I'll do that. I'm also suspicious that some of those super-low scores are made by means of using rulers and protractors etc, taking the "eyeball" aspect out of it. But I'll see if anyone at work will give it a shot and will report the results for better or for worse.

Eh... I got pretty close to most of them but i wasn't good at the triangle center.

I actually got madder the closer I was. *shrug* I also had to look up what a parallelogram was.

cool game indeed.

3.93, but it's midnight and my eyes aren't working very well...

i've always had a pretty good eye, so was not impressed at my 8 and 6s. however, the .4 was gratifying.

Nice one - thanks for link. I'll drive my designers mad with this.

5.22...tried it many times and stayed pretty much in the lower 5 area.

Question, just curious...would the slight curve of a CRT monitor affect the way you are seeing these shapes? I might try it next week on my wife's laptop to see if there is any difference.

Ok this was an 8th or ninth attempt I think (the first attempt score was 3.4 something).. I really think practice makes teh score better.. and yes.. no rulers used here:-)
