Yesterday, the people in my community came together to lay to rest a young soldier killed in Iraq. It was the first one our area had lost, and it was a very powerful and heart-wrenching event. Sgt. Geraldo Moreno, "Chito" to his friends, was only 23 years old, with a young wife and two baby girls, the oldest in Pre-K. As I drove past the church yesterday morning around 7:30, the parishoners were setting up American flags all along the street in front of the church and up the walkway into the sanctuary. What a moment...I tried to get a picture or two for my sons' memory books. I'm not looking for critiques or anything, I just wanted you to see and share. I've seen a lot of posts dealing with Iraq, American flags, symbolism, etc., but no matter what your beliefs of government, war, or Americanism, if our town could come together for this fallen hero, so could the community on this site and stop bickering back and forth for a moment to remember all the soldiers who have lost their lives fighting for freedom.

Very nice work.
For using in your son's memory books they are great.

This is my favorite:

One thing I did not like in the first two was the bright yellow crosswalk sign.

You may want to consider sending the shots in a card to the family. I am sure that the shots are something that the soldiers kids would also appreciate when they are older.
