On Snapvillage it states that any balance over $10.00 will be paid at the end of the month, soooo….. back in April I should have been paid at the end of the month because I was over my $10.00 – after 3 emails with NO responses from them, I finally got paid months later. The worst part is – they only paid me through the end of April even though I had more sales from the “waiting to get paid” months!!

Now, I’m back at it AGAIN. I should have gotten a payout at the end of August as my balance was over the $10.00 automatic payout and alas……NO payment. Now we’re into October and I have emailed them twice about my lack of payout…..still NOTHING – and when I say nothing, I mean – not even response to any of my emails about my payout, let alone actually sending my payout.

Another super annoying thing is that I wasn’t able to log into my Crapvillage account over this weekend….they where able to answer that email within a couple of days!!

Its time for me to look for a different site and cut out Crapvillage.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

I think their FAQ page has the answer to your question:

When will I be paid?
Once you make $10 in royalties, you will be paid forty five days following the calendar month in which the amount licensed exceeds $10.

It's the first time I've ever heard of Snapvillage. Any site that pays out at $10 doesn't sound like they expect people to make much money there. Is it as bad as it sounds?

That's so weird, because in the royalites section...it states you get paid at the end of the month when your balance reaches over $10.00. And back in april it took MONTHS to get my payment. I guess I will wait and see if I get it on the 15th of this month. Although they should really change the payout part in the royalties section to 45 days, instead of at the end of the month if that's the case. Not to mention never answering my emails to support.

Why not joining those more popular stock agency like iStock and Shutterstock?

I'm already on both of those. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same or similar problem I have trying to get paid by snapvillage.
