I was hoping that some folks have some studio baby photos that they wouldn't mind showing. I have a shoot in about 2 weeks for a baby contest calendar and was looking for some inspiration.

I will be shooting it w/ 4 Alien Bees and a muslin background.

I did my first one a couple months ago and got some help in this thread.

These are a selection from a shoot in August of a 6 month old. Shot with 580exII as master on camera, 420ex as the main light in all and a sigma 500 as background light for the white shots.

This one is kind of old but it's still one of my faves. Shot with AB's with softboxes.

All of mine were taken using handy around the house locations.

Bath tub, blanket, and black futon:

......

Perhaps it's obvious, but I do like headshots. =)
