Read the release, sounds more like an ad for iStockphoto, than info on what you can and can't do legally, or how to protect your own work.

I think the point is that many people thinking that whatever you can download from internet is free and the action is legal or changes that someone is finding out that you did it is small.

I find this bizarrely ironic. IStockPhoto and all the other microstock agencies sell photographs for next the nothing. And now they're shocked that people expect them for nothing. Devalue a market, and that's what you get.
