Day Two -
Ok, I admit to taking this in July instead of August 2nd. But, I was off with family fun today and didn't have a chance to shoot me. I hope you'll forgive me. I'll do better on the weekdays. *grin*

okay, I missed day one so I'll have to play catch up but here's the first one!! This is extremely out of my comfort zone. I truely hate photos of myself.

My computer with my pictures and software is slowly dying and I am afraid it may totally crash in the next day or so. If I don't post for a few days - you'll know why!
Love this challenge so far btw. Lots of great photos! |

Strictly speaking, it's a split tone, where the colours of the highlights are different from the colours of the shadows. In that photo, the highlights are tinted with a greyish tan colour, and the shadows are tinted a bright blue. Because the highlights are much stronger in that picture, their colour stands out more, even though the balance is shifted toward the shadows and the saturation of the shadows is much greater.  Wyrdling picked it up immediately in her comment. |

Sorry I missed the last couple of days. I've been at the cabin tearing out the walls that were damaged in the flood. Now I have a horrible rash on my face from taking out the insulation, so I'm going to post a couple from the ones I did earlier. I figure the rash will help me with my editing skills, or not :)
