So, can someone from the SC clarify if the border on this image is legal or not. It's been DQ'd, but the reasoning leaves the question still open. Since we don't have the benefit of seeing the original image, the photog could have made a mistake when touching up the image and THAT'S the reason it's DQ'd, not for the border..

I would like to know if this specific border is legal or not under basic ?????
