The sad thing is, I know I could have easliy made an additional +.25 if I had left it in a landscape orientation (and both comments reflect that same sentiment). But nooo, I had to go off and take these dang challenge descriptions literally. hmmmff

Nope...the voters are whacked for reading the subject the way they have and causing uncertainty in the submitters minds, both before and during voting! If people just read the words properly and didn't try to twist them...then half these damn arguments would never occur!

What about this for a solution? Before anybody is allowed to participate in a challenge (i.e. vote or enter) they must pass an English grammar and vocabulary test. I come up with all the good solutions!

I couldn't pick a 10. The 9 nines are all great, but one doesn't stand out from the rest. I usually give out 1 - 4 tens.

Wow, you are a tough scorer. I gave out 7 10's. Each and every one of them deserved it IMHO. It gives me a really good feeling to give high scores when I feel they are deserved.

However, one of my 9's I may change to a 10 because I keep going back to it as being one of my favorite photos on this site...and I dont know why, but I love it.

My score is a downright respectable 6.5something, but with all these 6.8's, 6.9's and 7.0's. ... who cares.

I didn't think I was a tough scorer :(
It's just that I can't split the 9s this time. Usually I score all my faves a 9 then go back and up the stand outs of that bunch to a 10. Maybe I should up them all to a 10?! :D
But then I'd have to up the 8s to 9s and so on. My lowest score was a 5, that's not too tough is it? |
