Hi Everyone,

I haven't been around much recently because I've been concentrating on getting Richard's Photography up and running.

So far, I've only worked on word of mouth to get bookings. Friends and coworkers have helped out greatly to spread the word of the new business. I've gotten enough bookings so far to keep me energized.

Anyway, I would really appreciate feedback on the new website. I have some thoughts on improvement but I would love to hear your opinions. Friends and family are supportive but I haven't received any constructive criticism.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks good, I was having a hard time with the smaller fonts and the red and blue link texts are almost just a blur. Have you tried loading the page from a slow(er) computer, as I wonder how fast the galleries would load. I am not one for proof reading so can't help you there. Good luck. Scott

1.) The quote is messed up. The word 'photographer' is strange because it is on a completely different level and shifted differently than the rest of the quote.

2.) I would suggest not linking to other sites....why get them distracted? If I go to your site..I want to see your work..if you re-direct me..I might not ever come back to your site. Just a thought.

3.) Add some pictures to your BIO page. Maybe of yourself....when you were a kid with your first camera...or your family...you say you like to tell a story using the lense...TELL US A STORY. :)

4.) This is purely my own thoughts...but going into detail on how you edit your pictures is not necessary. Let them focus on you and your work....let it be magical. Don't go into detail on what and why you do what you do. If they want to know, you can tell them during the interview.

5.) Beautiful pictures. But maybe ...too many in each category. Choose the best of the best....and also..try to get them to load faster. I am on the highest service that Cox Cable offers and it took about 2-3 seconds for each pic to load.

6.) I really like the 'other' pictures.

7.) If you are available for photo retouching and restoration....show us some examples. Maybe take a P&S and show how you can retouch a 4mp pic. Take an older photo and restore it...showing us your work.
