In a frantic furry, Rebel XTi in hand and trying to change my memory card... "Bink"!

OMG, the little arm handle broke off (well, broke in) I didn't force it, didn't bend it, but the little eject button to release my memory card is now jammed into the little space for it. I can't get it out and I'm afraid to even pick at it. I used a flash drive to move and free up space during the shoot but now here I am:

Can I fix it?
Does this happen often?
Where do I go and how much does it cost?

Suggestions?

You might find that you don't need the eject button. I normally don't use it at all, just lift with a fingernail under the raised lip on the backside of the card.

Would this be something I could send to Canon?
