I had an extra day flying back, due to a rainstorm. Speeding tickets, and one crazy deer. All in all no lives or cameras lost.
And oodles of fun and great memories gained! (Pictures to prove it.)

Hey all!
Back in Good Old Germany! It was so wonderful meeting everyone!!! Especially Shecoya & Pedro! Thanx for organizing everything:-) Thanx to kosmikkreeper, Kiwiness & Joey Lawrence as well for speaking at the workshop. We´ve had a great time.
After the GTG we made a trip trough the National Parks. Banff, Jasper, Whistler Mountain. It was amazing! (Probably unavoidable I´ve made enough landscape-shots for the next years:-) After that we visited jbsmithana in Anacortes (thanks a lot to JB, Beth, Joe & Nancy for the time and the great hospitality!!!) and made a short (shopping:-)trip to Seattle. Last but not least we spend four days to see Vancouver Island and Vancouver. In three weeks we have gathered so many different and unforgettable impressions... awesome! But the best was meeting so many friendly and interesting people!!
@ralph: Sorry to read about your crash with the deer:-( I hope everything with you and your family is ok.
Hope to see you all again!!

FINALLY got a few uploaded, lots to go but, for some reason, the family seems to think that getting enough boxes unpacked to be able to walk thru' the new house is more important!
A couple edited, most just readied for here.
I can't believe it's been 3 weeks already :(
eta; I'm working on a different monitor and haven't had a chance to check the calibration yet, so let me know if they're off, kay? :)

My only image of the day as I was playing "The Knowledgeable Guide Routine" and decided to leave my camera holstered. It was a nice change but this shot was important to John, so here it is. |

Thanks! You were not only a Knowledgeable Guide, you actually make a great Personal Trainer, Climb Climb climb, up that Hill. And I thought hill was spelled hell only on a mountain bike. I always tend to carry way too much survival gear. Ivo is a man with a real heart!
That was a real "Rocky Mountain High" as John Denver put it. |
