Lets start a new thread, with the simple question.....
One of the things I LOVE about DPC is?
Walking up, and visiting my portfolio, and seeing that someone has added one, or many of my images, as favorites.....
This happened to me this morning, and it made my day.....
What is one of things you LOVE about DPC?
Share your favorite DPC thing today, or any day that you visit DPC.....
I have many things that I love about DPC, but today, was definitely when someone added some of my images to their favorites.....
It made me smile, and my heart took a beat.....

| Comments. I love comments even more than votes or ribbons. When someone takes the time to write something, especially when the image isn't in a challenge, that makes me smile, a whole lot. :D Of course I prefer the positive ones over the negative but it's part of the game. ;\ |

| I love the lessons in humility I experience with each challenge and the opportunity to express myself through the manipulation of light. I just wish my manipulation would garnish a few more 10's... |

It also HELPS me forget pain as I am always in another world when visiting DPC as it is am amazing tonic for you.....
I have also meet and got to know some really amazing people as well, who I call, real friends.....

Side Challenges.
They make me commit to 'daily' exercise with my camera - when they weren't a part of my life I often (unfortunately) found that days and days could pass between picking it up.
I LOVE the sense of community that exists around side challenges. The vibe is always upbeat and everyone supports each other as we strive to 'complete' as best we can whatever targets we've personally set.
Side Challenges ROCK and I'd love to suggest to anyone who hasn't done one yet to give it a go at least once - I'm sure they're not for everyone, but for me they keep me in touch with the world I LOVE on a daily basis. |

i love the fact that  Art Roflmao always brings donuts in on humpday, I also like that we have casual fridays...and i like saying the word "humpday"...it makes me giggle |

Better late than never...
Hurry up before Kari gets to 'em.
I love how DPC has suddenly turned into a giant love-fest with everyone openly hugging and swapping spit (and other substances).
I love that people tolerate my sarcasm. ...and that they tolerate me for that matter.
I love the way smardaz giggles like a girl when he says "humpday".
I love everyone here. ...except this person. |

For me it's the friendships, the 24 hour support, the advice, the side challenges and the humour.
