Suppose in a challenge ... I create something on MAX/Maya .. then take a printout and then simply click its photo ... for any kind of challenge ...
does that qualify as a valid entry ...
this thought just came to my mind .. as there is no editing and it is a single shot. So wanted to know ...
Also we can take a photo ... then stick some other photo next to it and then take a photo of both of them together ... so multi shot can be achieved with a single shot ..
are all these things allowed ???? |

From hanging around DPC for quite a while, taking a straight on photo of a screen , photo or of a painting would be DQed. If there is another object in the photo then that changes things. There is a rule about this which I shall find and post, but there certainly is one. Now if you have a shot of the screen and photo in front and you can tell the difference between the two, that I reckon would be allowed. There was one macro I remember, of a tv screen, don't remember the outcome of that. Maybe someone has a handy link to that.
