Thanks, but no. I've accepted the fact that I even suck at sucking. :-( I will keep trying.

How bout this , Suckers, Healthy Food challenge, started with 5.5 now almost over @5.1 with 3 comments saying it's kind of boring but focus , comp. & lighting are great ???? Not to be excusing a boring entry , but these comments came from registered users- no challenges on the record...guess I'm lucky to get any comments :)

For those who haven't seen it, the "TrustedReviews.com" April results are up. A number of suckers won awards, while others got mentions.

Jeffrey ( levyj413) won first place;
Julianne ( JuliBoc) won as well;

Team members who got mentions:
Christian ( xianart)
Me ( Bruce_the_Robert)

This is Jeffrey's second first-place finish at Trusted Reviews (I wonder if that'll win him the camera that's the year-long prize at the end of May).

Congrats to all. Who'll join us next month?

Apologies to anyone I missed, or anyone who's name I messed up.

Best,

Rob

Rob, congratulations to you, and many thanks for posting this. I didn't even know the results were in. And congratulations to the other TS winners. This just goes to show that we are learning something here at DPC and TS.

By the way, does anyone want to do a "class" using that link that Rob posted? Maybe in groups of four or five? Do the exercises and then help each other out with the results?

This looks like fun, Deb. I'll join you if there is still room in the "class".

How did your MS walk go, Christian? That was this past weekend, wasn't it?

And guess what, guys? I have an all-expense paid photo shoot in Tokyo next week! The photo is to be used in both a Japanese newspaper and the Washington Post. I'm very excited. Goes to show you don't even have to be a real photographer with any training to occasionally have cool stuff pan out!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, I hope you are right.

This news of yours is awesome. How wonderful. Japan -- your favorite!!! Do be careful, though, exposing the underworld is risky business.

I've not had much desire / time / opportunity in the last few weeks to pick up my camera.
But I did manage to get out from under my rock today, and have shots in for both Triangle and "ABC"

Well tomorrow is nearly here for me, as I have my Endoscopy in the morning at the private hospital. I go in at 7.30am, so hopefully all will be revealed layer that day. I am not concerned about having the Endoscopy, but what they may find.

I have not choked for two days, but still feel a tightness an some swelling between my breasts on my chest. I also still have the dry continuous cough. I know I am not feeling the best, but am relieved that I am having this test done, to see what may be wrong.

I will let you know how I am when I recover, and return home.

Update re my health

Best of luck to you, Shez. And good to hear from you, too, Brian. I'm off to play golf today - woo hoo! Played yesterday and now I can't move... sigh. It's hell getting old, ain't it?

Good luck Shez. Sending some healing thoughts and prayers your way.

Good luck tomorrow, I hope they find the problem and it is minor, so you will be fixed up in no time. :)

OK, Team Suckers, before I forget again, I need some inputs on what to enter in that contest Jeffrey keeps winning, the one with the theme this month of "Urban Wildlife". My considerations are:

05/07/2008 01:24:20 PM · #375

quiet's 1st choice - for the movement and human/wildlife interaction

& 2nd choice because it's odd
