Technicals are excellent - the eyes and smile are crystal clear and the background is softly muted yet recognizable. The smile seems genuine and very commercial. Maybe posting the original might help reveal a bit more about hte technicals. The composition and odd-ness of the arms are a bit curious but a great model can trump things like that. I think if the branch or whatever she is holding on were visible in the shot it might reveal a bit more of the story and the pose wouldn't seem as odd.

If you're up for an image flop - I think a crop like this might be more appealing
obviously you lose pixels - but the face is what is so great about this shot.

I left a comment. I was going to say a tighter crop could save this shot. The edit above proves it.
