Don't worry, your angry DPCers, that video was obviously faked in Photoshop. The shadows were all wrong.

So hes got money to burn and wants to see just how sturdy his camera is. I'd rather see someone else do it and be reassured, than crap my pants if something ever happened to my camera.

Yea well I went in to a glacial fast moving river with my 400D and a 17-40 4L on it and they were completely submerged for a good 90 seconds and survived ;)

Besides its not like it was a canon lol

The cynic in me thinks that might well be a viral thing put out by Nikon. Makes the point very well though...

pffft you wana impress me, put that thing completely under in a fast moving river and have it come out unscathed, that would impress me. I did like how most of the sticky stuff was dumped on the lens and not the body ;)
