Well 215 votes later, I finally get a comment from

purpleflutterby13 that says what I have been thinking the whole challenge about my photo. it basically said that people cant figure out what the photo is (being very general not to give my photo away). Thank you

purpleflutterby13as I have been thinking that this was what was contributing to the low score cause all the others that commented on it seemed to think the technicals were well done.

In my opinion i think that the rules of voting should change so to not allow for you to vote on any challenge that you have entered into allowing a more accurate result.

My score is low, but I'd never vote someone's shot down because mine isn't doing well. However, I do generally tend NOT to vote in challenges in which I have a photo entered. Not because I might become "vindictive" but, because I feel that I might not be as objective as I might otherwise be.

I still vote according to what I like and what I don't like. As a matter of fact, I've given some of the highest scores in challenges in which I've been entered because I've recognized that my work just cannot match that person's work and I've admired their talent, creativity and, or ability!

Ok, I think I am shooting for 5th place an honorable mention at this point. I would like to stay in first 10, even though points are very low here, I wouldn't surprise to see a 7+ (argh) and 6.9 for the first three.

Well, ok, if not 5th, I should be aiming for the first 10... No matter what, it seems like this will be the second best for that lens in DPC :P
