hey guys. so im going to be able to meet the official photographer of madison square garden on tuesday and wanted to put together a portfolio of pictures to show him and get some critique or comments. this is the first time im putting together anything of this kind so i was wondering about how many pictures i should include and what sizes. i was planning on just doing it in a binder too, does that sound right? Im really excited for this opportunity and dont want to look back on it and wish i had done something different haha
thanks for your help :)

i do not know lots but generally the idea is about 12 images with a bit of a theme in the images.
you can tho have say 4-5 portfolios with different themes or goals..... i.e. one with wildlife, one weddings, one lifestyles.
I would pick whatever theme you think he is likely to be most keen about.
If you only do 12 images then the idea is that they will want to see more
the only other thing I can suggest is that the images are laid out in a way that flows, images should look into the portfolio not out... I guess that depends on what kind of portfolio you are doing... i.e. just prints or a book?
hope that helps a little
