Here's an update (12-24-07) on the Bottom 10 “ribbon earners” for the 2007 season. This may or may not be an accurate record, since it was all done by ferrets working in the darkness of the dpc cellar.
Tallied below are number of "ribbons" in each of three categories: Brown (last), Sepia (2nd to last) and Turd (3rd to last). Points are awarded 5 for “Brown”, 4 for “Sepia”, 3 for Turd (3rd to last).

The “Master of the Brown” 2007 for the second year running is none other than the fabulous whiterook. Stephen, kudos to you for your consistent brown-tinted brilliance in the dpc cellar, two years running!
Inspiration for this Ribbon Cellarchase 2007 comes from DrAchoo, with his forum post Ribbon Chase 2007 update. Thanks Jason for the idea. I'm still looking for a brown ribbon from you!
I also want to thank raish, currently moved up to 7th place for his recent brown in "Automobile Ad", and creator of the dpc "brown" ribbon icon

Great. Another list I'm not on. I need to start an 11th-20th place chase. :P

It may be because it is only browns, sepias, and turds during 2007 - not all time. |

I will admit that the honor of tying for tenth for this category was not among my intentional photographic priorities and objectives, but recognition within this company of photo workers is not bad at all.

I missed this thread earlier. Thanks for the stats. Although "turd" colored just seems wrong to me, and sounds worse than brown as far as nomenclature goes. I prefer the subtlety of brown - sepia - _____ (taupe?).

Hey I've finished dead last, ie Sky - And not a single brown ribbon in sight!
In order: Lines II, Sky, Dichotomy. Surely that counts for something.
