Guess I should have entered the outtake, wasnt sure if it would have been DQ'd or not though as the rules were a little confusing... but this isnt the place for that ;)

OH MAN.. most surprising challenge, I could not guessed first runners. I just can't understand DPC voters still... must be me... yeap, muuuust beee meee :/

also, what's with the 7+'s there, I thought the winner would be no more than 5.3 LOL

I had wondered if these two were taken at the same showroom/location myself. Liked both of them overall...

This is really the one I wanted to enter but ran out of time. Probably would have done a little better.

But one was DQ'd and the other wasn't. Looks like the same editing had to be involved in both of them to get that white background. I wonder why the disperity in DQ's????

What a great job of editing to remove teh background. The finished product looked so polished without the details of the background.

I'm a little at a loss myself.....there doesn't seem to be too much difference in the technique.

Anyone want to take a stab at a thought on this?

ETA: I agree that these were both terrific images.

heres the original -str8 from the camera

most people didn't like my pp, but I was short on time and had to make due with what I had available.
