I should be down there for the sunrise group.
I was down there yesterday also, Billy. By the afternoon it was tee-shirt weather, but by sunset, the coat felt good again. |

If anyone needs a tripod for the night then speak up so I will know to bring the extra one.
Also I wasn't planning on it but I can bring the wife's 20D with the Tamron 28-75mm lens if they want to shoot with it for the day. Let me know before I hit the road Saturday mornin'.

| I got a room reserved at the same Days Inn Eric it staying at so looks like we are all set for this great outing. Are we going to be doing enough hiking on trails to need boots or will tennis shoes be ok? |

Hey  Bebe, can we get a head count/sound off for who is going to be in the sunrise group and the late morning group so we know who/how many to look for?
Also, did we ever decide on an identifying marker so we don't approach some schmoe with a camera and be all familiar with them when we don't really know them at all??
Although, I suppose we would all stand out with our big ole bags and tripods huh?
Ideas? Thoughts? |

Depends on where in Atlnata you live -- it usually take me about 1:45 from lenox/phipps to the part of Chat we're talking about. |

Sent my cell. James may still have it from howeverlong ago.
I'm right in the middle of the city, so it's probably about the same travel time - I can get right on 75/85 without having to find my way to an interstate. |

| It appears that the forecast of the moment is showing snow showers and 35 degrees for Saturday morning. There's supposed to be less than an inch of accumulation, which at that temperature will melt anyway. |
